  • THE LOG CABIN- Sleeps 6 WITH 2 PEOPLE SHARING a QUEEN BED and 4 twin beds. LINENS PROVIDED
    The real thing! Covered porch wraps around the 22' by 24' cabin. Complete kitchen and bathroom with clawfoot tub. A red Vermont Castings propane stove provides heat in winter. Antique four-poster beds, plump with pillows and down comforters, sleep six in the upstairs loft. Relax in the private hot tub that over looks the meadow.
  • THE COZY CABIN- Sleeps 2 WITH 2 PEOPLE SHARING A QUEEN BED. LINENS PROVIDED
    Just as the name implies, a turn-of-the-century hideout for two. Antique iron bed, down comforter and all, with private bath.
  • SLEEPING CABINS- 9 units, sleeps 8 each. LINENS NOT PROVIDED
    Nine sleeping cabins, for sleeping only, 12'x14' with built-in bunkbeds for eight. Bring your sleeping bag and pillow.
  • TENT MEADOW- 2 units that each sleep 2 SHARING A QUEEN BED. LINENS PROVIDED
    Two 16'x14' canvas walled tents on redwood decks, outfitted with antique queen beds with bedding provided. Drift off to sleep underneath a down comforter and a starry sky. Wake up to sunshine and a view of Lookout Mountain.
  • WRANGLER CABINS- 2 units, each sleeps 4 WITH TWO PEOPLE SHARING A QUEEN. LINENS PROVIDED.
    Two 12'x14' western cabins each with a queen bed, bunk bed, and comfy bedding.

To provide women of the Pacific Northwest, across all ages, who are passionate about running, with the opportunity to come together and celebrate each other and all that encompasses a well-balanced running lifestyle.

This retreat includes a weekend of running trails through and around Cle Elum (approximately 90 minutes from Seattle) while staying at the beautiful Flying Horseshoe Ranch.

And maybe most importantly, there will be a lot of time devoted to R & R in beautiful surroundings with fellow runners and friends.

While hosted by Club Northwest, this event is open to women across all ages and ability levels who are passionate about running.

      We have booked the entire ranch for our retreat. There are a range of sleeping options available to meet everyone’s needs!

      • Two shower houses with toilets and showers

      • There is a cookhouse with two dining halls outfitted with fully equipped kitchen and seven refrigerators! The front yard is full of picnic tables and the cookhouse patio has two propane barbecue grills. There is also a campfire pit for s’mores!

      • There is an outdoor pool

      • Parking is free and aplenty

      The Flying Horseshoe Ranch is located in Cle Elum. Cle Elum includes a downtown area about a 10 minute drive from the ranch with shops and restaurants.

      Where we run

      • There is a paved road leading east (3 miles) and west (5 miles) from the ranch

      • For those feeling adventurous, there are trails across the street from the ranch!

      • The Iron Horse Trail is a 15-minute drive (about 8 miles away) from the ranch. You can ride this baby for miles
