NOTE: We will be at an alternative site on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15, as Edmonds-Woodway graduation exercises' preparation takes over their stadium.  We are exploring a one-time only visit to the new outdoor track & field complex at the UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON!

Weeks 1-5-7-9-11 – 100- and 110-meter Hurdles, 100-meter Dash, Mile Run, and 5000-meter Run

Weeks 2-4-6-8-10 – 400-meter Hurdles, 200-meter Dash, 1500-meter Run, and 3000-meter Run

For Week 3 at the UW, a special schedule will be posted, and the meet will start 30 minutes early. High performance meet! But still open to all comers!

For Week 10 – the RETRO meet – we will also run the special 180-yard low hurdles, and the TWO-MILE run will replace the 5000-meters.
