Club Northwest Annual Meeting
When: March 28th, 5:45 pm - 8:30 pm
Where: Brooks Headquarters: 3400 Stone Way Seattle, WA
What: A brief meeting including Board elections, refreshments, keynote speaker, and a celebration of our past year and a kick-off to 2020!
The event is open to all current Club Northwest members, their families and guests.

6:45-7:10: Introduction, Bill Roe Tribute, & President's Award
7:10-7:20: CNW Board Elections (see here for more information)
7:20-8:00: Keynote speakers: Brooks Beast and Hyperion Elite Shoe Designer
8:00: Group picture on terrace
8:10-8:30: Continue to eat, drink and socialize!
The Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to reconnect with old club friends and meet new ones. We look forward to seeing you there!
Like in all previous annual meetings, we will have Board elections. There are multiple positions available where club members can join the board to contribute to the club and the running community. Many of these positions already have nominees running for them, while there are several positions with no nominations. The linked document below highlights the open positions, current nominations, term lengths, and role descriptions.
Unlike in past years, there are more open positions available than normal. If you or someone you know is interested in contributing to the club organization, we highly encourage you to apply or nominate someone. If you are unsure of what this entails, do not hesitate to contact any current board members with questions.

Sweatshirts
I know you thought you didn't need another sweatshirt, but Club Northwest members and fans are going to want this one! Orange CNW sweatshirts will be available at cost of $40 at the annual meeting. Options for payment include Venmo, with cash or check acceptable as necessary.
