The Club Northwest North Youth Team Summer Practices in Lake Stevens are for athletes ages 12-18 of all ability levels who are interested in practicing track and field during the summer and achieving their personal goals. Practices will be held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons starting Tuesday June 6 and ending Thursday August 3. Practices be from 5:45 – 7:00. Athletes are also encouraged to participate in the Club Northwest All-Comers Meets at Shoreline Stadium on Wednesday evenings from May 31 to August 16. Each member of the Youth Team will receive a free Club Northwest shirt.
Registration fees for the practices will be $225 for the entire summer season, or $125 for ½ season.
Practices will primarily be held at Lake Stevens High School track, located at 2908 113th Ave NE, Lake Stevens, Some practices may be held at area middle schools. CNW will post more detailed schedule information when available. (The first practice will be at Lake Stevens HS.) Parents are welcome to stay during practices and perhaps get in their own workout at the track, as long as they don’t interfere with the youth team workouts.
All athletes must be Club Northwest members, either as an individual youth team member or as part of a family membership. Each athlete also needs a waiver signed by their parents. (Waiver forms will be available at practices.) Parents working out at the track will also need to sign their own waiver.
