Registration is closed

Hi everyone,

We are excited to unveil the next location of our field trip long run: September 24 on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail!

The run will begin at Tolt Macdonald Park and we will run together to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, where runners can begin their runs on a railroad grade out-and-back trail. This will be the perfect run to restore your legs if you are racing in the first cross country meet of the season on September 23.

After the run, there will be snacks, post-run recovery drinks, and socializing!

What are field trip long runs?

This is a social long run that happens every 4-6 weeks, where we meet at a special, scenic, soft-surface spot somewhere outside Seattle. Post-run breakfast will be provided! We started this event after COVID with the goal of creating opportunities to socialize with each other and experience the amazing scenery we have around Western Washington.

Why should I come?

Because long runs are better together! It is scientifically proven! Enjoy the camaraderie of running with ya teammates, the scenery and soft surfaces, free doughnuts, and chocolate milk. Bring your friends and long run buddies and make it a party! (friends-of-CNW members welcome)

  • Forested, soft surface, flat and railroad-grade out and back (Snoqualmie Valley Trail). Cool trestle bridges too!
  • Portapotties, plenty of parking
  • Post run snackies and company
