Club Northwest Annual Meeting Details

*Registration deadline was 3/1. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any late registrations or unregistered attendees this year. There will be a call in option for those interested. Please contact Claire Wendle (clairewendle@gmail.com) with questions.

When: March 7th, 2pm-5pm

Where: Brooks North Headquarters: 3524 Stone Way Seattle, WA 

What: A brief meeting including announcing results of Board elections, our Brooks partnerships, refreshments, keynote speaker, an activity, and a celebration of our past year and a kick-off to 2026!

The event is open to all current Club Northwest members, their families and guests.

Notes:

• The meeting is at the Brooks North Building. This is their new building just north of the Trailhead on Stone Way
• Please arrive early or on time! It will be more difficult for us to let stragglers in after the event starts.
• Please register any additional guests you plan to bring. We may reach out to you for their names to add to the security list.
